All of our vehicles are fitted with the best in radio communication, allowing the office to contact Engineers quickly, getting them to you as soon as possible.  The communication system also allows engineers to talk from van to van, making it easy to share vital information. 

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and outside of those hours, the main telephone number is diverted to the Engineer on Emergency Call, so there is only one telephone number you will ever need.

We carry a large stock of spare parts for most makes of boiler.  It is impossible to carry every part for every appliance and so we have a number of national parts suppliers who can normally supply us parts by next day delivery.  Our aim is simple....we aim to provide you with the highest level of service possible and to get your heating back on as quickly as possible.
